This policy covers purchases of Soar With Holy Spirit, the digital bundle that includes the e-book, the Companion Guide Journal, and the Bible verse phone wallpapers, sold through this site.
Digital products
Everything in the bundle is a digital file delivered by email or download. Because digital files can’t be returned once they have been delivered, refunds are handled as described below.
After your files are delivered
Once the e-book and companion workbook have been delivered, refunds are considered case by case. Email hello@chelsealeathers.com and explain what happened, and you will get a reply.
Problems with your files
If a file is missing, won’t open, or arrives damaged, email hello@chelsealeathers.com before asking for a refund. You will get help getting a working copy.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@chelsealeathers.com and include:
- the name and email address you used at checkout,
- the date of your order, and
- a short note on why you are asking for a refund.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout from your location. A full refund returns the total you paid, including any sales tax.
