Hi friend, I’m so glad you’re here.

If you’ve ever found yourself repeating the same unhealthy patterns, carrying wounds you can’t seem to heal, or wondering why you keep ending up in the same place despite desperately wanting change, I understand. I’ve been there.

For years, I felt like I was spinning in circles, asking God, “What do I do? How do I change? How do I make sure my children don’t inherit the same struggles I’ve carried?”

But Holy Spirit didn’t leave me there. He gently began revealing the roots beneath the patterns I couldn’t seem to break on my own. And as I surrendered those places to Him, things that had been stuck for years began to shift.

That’s why I’m so passionate about helping women dislodge the things that have kept them bound—not through striving or trying harder, but through the power of Holy Spirit.

I created Soar With Holy Spirit to walk alongside you as you begin uncovering those roots, surrendering the lies, and allowing Him to bring transformation into the places you’ve struggled to change.
